How print orders are fulfilled
Print books are produced and shipped by our global print-on-demand partner. Your book is printed at a facility close to your delivery address, which means faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product selected.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your book has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@fablebean.co.uk. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.
